Shipping

  • Please note we ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England & United States.
  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 days and are expected to arrive at its destination within:
  • Australia: 2 – 4 weeks
  • New Zealand: 3 – 6 weeks
  • Canada: 3 – 5 weeks
  • England: 4 – 6 weeks
  • United States: 10 – 12 weeks
  • Shipping is FREE on all orders.
  • If you have not received your order by the end of the last week allocated for delivery to your country please contact us to discuss your options.
  • To view estimated shipping times for your order, go to your email and follow the tracking link.
  • Please keep in mind that due to COVID, postage services have been affected and your item delivery may be delayed.
  • If you need to change your shipping address and your order was made in the last 4 hours, please contact us to update your details. Once your order has shipped, it’s no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number to see if they can reroute your order to another address.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind after ordering an item.
  • However, if an item arrives and it is defective, damaged or incorrect, it is eligible for a refund, but may need to be returned. Please contact us to discuss your options if this has happened to you.
  • We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
  • In certain cases, such as defective items, damaged items or items that are not what you ordered, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo. In other cases, such as with higher value items (including a high value item that arrives defective, damaged or the wrong item), you may be required to return the item to receive a refund.
  • If you are required to return an item, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the request if a return is not required. If a return is required, the refund will be processed once the item has been returned and is confirmed to be in good condition.
  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.
  • We can only refund your money to your original payment method and we are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or different payment method.
  • We don’t offer item exchanges.
